Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across the globe. International shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. Transit times vary depending on location. Typically between 7-21 days.
Customers are responsible for any additional import or customs fees that may be imposed. Shipping fees charged on behalf of the Mythical Store does not cover any possible import or customs fees.

When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2 - 5 business days.
Once shipped, standard ship times for domestic orders can be anywhere from 2-7 business days, depending on location. Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout.
Expedited shipping options do not include processing time, so please be mindful that, when you select an expedited ship time, 2 - 5 business days for order processing will still be required in addition to the selected ship speed.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns on new and unused items. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will send a replacement item free of charge. Returns (free of defect/error) will be refunded the product price, minus the return shipping + processing. Please note, original shipping charges are not refundable.
Please contact us. Should you want to process a return within 21 days of purchase. Returns beyond 21 days of purchase will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not accept returns on international orders, please be mindful of this fact when placing your international order.
Sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned.
How can I cancel my order?
We can only accept and process cancellation requests on pending orders that have yet to ship. If your order is still pending and you would like to cancel, simply contact us with your order details and we’ll issue you a full refund.

Why can't I use multiple discount codes?
Multiple discounts cannot be stacked at checkout. If items are already discounted, an additional discount cannot be applied to your order.
